Free shipping guide requests
If you request our free shipping guide, we collect your email in a separate Tally form to manage that request. A download link is provided after submission. Requesting the guide does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails, and it is separate from a shipping quote inquiry.
To avoid repeat prompts, this browser stores only a dismissal or completion status and a timestamp, not your email or form answers. Automatic guide offers are suppressed for 7 days after dismissal and 90 days after successful submission. Clearing browser storage removes this preference. You may still open the guide request manually.
How we use inquiry details
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the contact and shipment details shown on the form: name, company, work email, phone or WhatsApp number if provided, origin city, destination country and postcode, product type, carton and weight details, expected volume and the logistics issue you describe. We also receive the source page, referring page and campaign parameters present in the link.
We use this information to assess the route, respond to your request, prepare a proposal where appropriate, prevent misuse of the form and maintain an operational record of the inquiry.
Browser drafts, storage and service providers
The website inquiry form is provided by Tally. Tally stores the form submission in its platform and sends BiaoJu a submission notification. Tally may also provide browser-based answer recovery according to the settings and policies that apply to the form.
BiaoJu reviews accepted inquiries in its operational workflow. Depending on the systems enabled for that workflow, limited inquiry details may also be sent to private operational notification channels, such as Feishu, email or an approved server-to-server webhook. When the live-chat service is available, Tidio provides the chat interface and may process technical identifiers, conversation content and contact details that you choose to provide. Optional Google Analytics measurement
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits, general traffic sources, page activity, quote-button and contact-link clicks, and successful submissions of the embedded Tally quote form. Google may process technical information such as browser and device information, approximate location and analytics cookie identifiers. We do not send form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers or shipment descriptions to Google Analytics through this implementation.
Google Analytics is not loaded until you choose Allow analytics. You can decline without affecting the quote form, and change your choice using Analytics preferences. Your choice is remembered in this browser for up to 180 days. This choice applies to Google Analytics only; Tally, Tidio and Meta have the separate processing described on this page. Google advertising storage, Google signals and advertising personalization are not enabled by this implementation.
Advertising measurement and Meta Pixel
On the production BiaoJu website, Meta Pixel is used to measure visits to BiaoJu pages and evaluate advertising performance. Meta may receive technical information such as browser and device details, IP-derived information, the page URL, referring URL and the PageView event. BiaoJu does not send inquiry form answers, shipment descriptions or other form fields to Meta Pixel through this implementation.
Advertising cookies and similar technologies may require consent or another valid legal basis depending on the visitor's location. Visitors can use browser controls or applicable privacy choices to limit this processing. Read the Meta Privacy Policy for details of Meta's processing practices.
Retention, transfers and your requests
We keep inquiry records only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, follow up on a commercial discussion, maintain business records or meet applicable legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information; we will assess the request in light of applicable law and record-keeping obligations.
BiaoJu operates from China and uses service providers that may process information in other locations. This means inquiry information may be accessed or processed in China and in the locations where the enabled providers operate. Do not send payment details, identity documents or other sensitive personal information through the inquiry form or live chat.
